Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of booked tour services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in email & phone. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your email and phone.

The cancellation charges would be as follows:

1. If cancel less than 10 days prior to date of travel: 100% of the advance will be considered as cancellation charge, which is not refunded.
2. If cancel 15 days prior to date of travel: 5% will be refunded on your advance payment.
3. If cancel 30 days prior to date of travel: 10% will be refunded on your advance payment.

We will be able to process your refund request once your bank account or UPI details shared with us. The refund process may take 5-7 working days.

You will receive the refunded amount to your UPI account or bank account directly.
